Steve Jennings
Director of Leasing
As Director of Leasing Steve is responsible for overseeing all leasing and marketing activities for Vision Real Estate Partner’s commercial portfolio. Steve brings a wealth of knowledge in leasing multiple asset classes including office, industrial, retail and development projects as well as experience in acquisitions, financing and property management.
Prior to his position at Vision, Steve held progressive leasing and operations roles at a family owned and operated real estate company, a Goldman Sachs real estate operating company, Brandywine Realty Trust and Reckson Associates managing portfolios encompassing over 17 million square feet and completing approximately 1,000 transactions valued at more than $2.0 billion.
Steve has more than two decades of commercial real estate experience, is a member NJ NAIOP, holds an NJ broker/salesperson license and is a former board member of CASA of Mercer County and Make-A-Wish-Foundation Board of Trustees.
Steve is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics.
