Ryan oversees all leasing and marketing activities for Vision’s portfolio. In this role, he brings comprehensive knowledge and expertise in structuring lease transactions that meet the needs of both investors and occupiers. During his career, he has been involved in over two million square feet of office and industrial real estate transactions valued over $400 million.

Prior to joining Vision Real Estate Partners in 2020, he served as a tenant and landlord representative with JLL in New Jersey. In this role, Ryan worked on behalf of start-ups and Fortune 500 companies alike to solve for their real estate and workplace needs. Ryan’s experience ranges from assisting small businesses with one location to public companies with multi-million square foot portfolios of owned and leased facilities to agency leasing on behalf of Class A office owner-operators.

Ryan has been a member of CoreNet and served as the Chairman of the Young Leaders committee for the New Jersey Chapter. In this capacity, Ryan oversaw a team of volunteers to create industry-focused events that helped foster networking, education, and a platform for people to expand their professional development.

Ryan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University – Newark.
