Andrew joined Vision Real Estate Partners as the Managing Director of Industrial investments in March of 2025. He is responsible for the firm’s industrial acquisitions, asset management and development.

Before Vision, Andrew was a partner at Talos Capital and a Director of Acquisitions at Link.  At Link, as Director of Acquisitions, Andrew was responsible for the firm’s overall investment activities across the Eastern U.S. where he oversaw investments in excess of 5 billion dollars. These investments spanned the risk spectrum, from core, to value-add and vertical development. 

In addition to sourcing transactions, Andrew led the due diligence of these acquisitions including overseeing, environmental issues, extensive capital expenditure and leasing.  These deals range in size from one off $20M value-add deals to multibillion dollar privatization of small cap publicly traded REITs. 

A few transaction highlights include the purchase of a 40 building $347M industrial portfolio in the Mid-Atlantic from FRP Properties, the purchase of a 12 building $74M, 578K SF portfolio in Fairfield New Jesey from Prologis and the acquisition of a 5.97M SF $402M portfolio of 38 properties from High Street Equities located primarily in Chicago, Atlanta and South Florida. Development highlights include the redevelopment of 1 Wiley Drive, Somerset NJ and 1 Hyatt Avenue, Newark NJ

Prior to Link/Talos, Andrew worked at Cassidy Turley and Cushman & Wakefield.

Andrew graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and received his MBA from The Stern School of Business at New York University.
