As Managing Director of Operations, Charlie is responsible for the majority of Vision Real Estate Partners’ business lines and associated projects.

His responsibilities include oversight of management – both the company’s owned and select 3rd party management assignments with their associated personnel, as well as the company’s asset management and leasing divisions.

He also oversees the progression of construction work being performed by the company’s construction division, and he is responsible for the company’s maintenance engineering division.

Additionally, he assists with reviewing the underwriting of acquisition/disposition opportunities, and he maintains client relationships across all business lines to ensure achievement of various asset goals.

Prior to joining Vision in mid-2017, Charlie was with Cushman & Wakefield for over a decade in the DC Metro area, overseeing millions of square feet of real estate along with significant capital and tenant improvement work for various clients and owners across multiple jurisdictions.

Charlie is a member of Vision’s leadership team, which sets corporate strategy for the organization. He holds a master’s degree from Georgetown University in Real Estate Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University.
