March of Dimes North Central New Jersey Market to Honor Vision Real Estate Partners’ Sam Morreale

PARAMUS, N.J., April 27, 2018 – The March of Dimes North Central New Jersey Market will honor Sam Morreale, founder and managing partner of Vision Real Estate Partners, at its 2018 Real Estate Award Reception and Pynes Putting Challenge. Set for Tuesday, June 5, from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m., this year’s event will take place at Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus.

The Real Estate Award Reception brings together over 300 professionals from New Jersey’s real estate industry, including senior executives from commercial real estate development, investment and management companies, leasing brokers, law, accounting, architectural and engineering firms, banks and other related businesses. The evening includes a cocktail reception, networking, a silent auction and short program.

“For 19 years, the Real Estate Award Reception has provided a forum for March of Dimes to raise awareness about its work while honoring an outstanding real estate industry leader,” said Gina Radice, Executive Director of Market Development for March of Dimes North Central New Jersey Market. “Sam Morreale is well respected within both the real estate industry and his community, and he is a supporter of the mission of March of Dimes. We are thrilled to acknowledge his efforts as our 2018 honoree.”

A Commercial Real Estate Visionary

Morreale and his firm are well known for their deep roots and experience in the New Jersey/New York regional marketplace, and for pioneering creation of “experiential” suburban campus environments combining work, play, well-being and sustainability – designed for today’s cross-generational workforce. The firm focuses on value-add, opportunistic, and select core and core-plus investment activities, and continues to build a track record of identifying properties with great potential and transforming them into superior assets. “I am humbled by this recognition from March of Dimes,” Morreale said. “It is intrinsic in the real estate industry to create environments that enhance quality of life. On a fundamental level, March of Dimes not only advocates for quality of life but life, itself. It is an honor to help raise funds and awareness to help further the organization’s mission.”

In addition to his support for March of Dimes, Morreale currently serves on the Board of Trustees for NAIOP NJ. He is also a member of the Real Estate Advisory Board of The Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate at Villanova’s School of Business, a member of the Board of Trustees for Berkeley College in both New York and New Jersey, and is a Board Member of the Sussex Education Foundation (a non-profit organization providing housing for international students in Manhattan and Westchester County, N.Y.).

Pynes Putting Challenge an Event Highlight

The 2018 Real Estate Award Reception is being chaired by Christopher Marx, Senior Vice President, Branch Manager at Savills Studley, and Michael Klein, Managing Director at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP. Erik Sletteland, Vice President at Structure Tone Inc. is serving as Chair of the Pynes Putting Challenge, which begins in mid-May. The final round will be played at 4:30 p.m. on the day of reception.

The winning team of this year’s Pynes Putting Challenge will receive two tickets for the 2019 U.S. Open at Pebble Beach Golf Links in Pebble Beach, California. Additionally, the company whose team wins the final match will have its name engraved on the “Pynes Cup” trophy. The winners will hold the trophy and have “bragging rights” for one year until they either successfully defend their title or relinquish it to a worthy competitor.
