RIDGEWOOD, N.J., June 11, 2018 – In his continuing support of the March of Dimes North Central New Jersey, Sam Morreale recently toured the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood with Dr. Frank Manginello, Chair of the hospital’s Children’s Services. The March of Dimes honored Morreale, founder and managing partner of Vision Real Estate Partners, at the 2018 Real Estate Award Reception and Pynes Putting Challenge this June for his commitment to the organization.
“One of the most inspirational things I do with March of Dimes is to bring the honoree, Sam Morreale, along with Erik Sletteland and Kathleen Hobday to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at The Valley Hospital,” said Geoffrey L. Schubert, senior vice president of Advisory & Transaction Services at CBRE. “As always, it was very emotional and motivated all of the participants to do more for the March of Dimes.”

“Touring the NICU with Dr. Manginello and seeing first-hand the critical work being done by the doctors and medical staff at The Valley Hospital was a moving experience for all of us,” said Morreale. “I am proud to support the March of Dimes and its life-saving research and programming to help moms, babies and families in New Jersey and across the U.S.”
Premature birth and its complications are the #1 cause of death of babies in the United States. Babies who survive premature birth often have long-term health problems and lifelong disabilities including chronic lung disease, blindness, hearing loss, and intellectual disabilities. In the United States, about 380,000 babies are born prematurely each year. The preterm birth rate is 9.8 percent in the United States; this means 1 in 10 babies is born too soon. The U.S. preterm birth rate is among the worst of high-resource nations.
Each year, the well-attended Real Estate Award Reception, which is held at Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus, brings together over 300 professionals from New Jersey’s real estate industry. The evening includes a cocktail reception, networking, a silent auction and short program in addition to spectating the annual Pynes Putting Challenge Championship Round.
