PARSIPPANY, NJ – June 2, 2022
Colliers has found a new home for its Parsippany-based team, leasing 7,500 square feet at a newly updated building owned by Vision Real Estate Partners.
According to the real estate services firm, the space at 20 Waterview Blvd. can accommodate 40 individuals. The company has signed a seven-year deal at the 225,000-square-foot property known as Northpoint, which sits at the junction of Route 46, Route 202 and Interstate 287, while serving as the building’s leasing team on behalf of ownership.
Colliers’ Parsippany office was previously located at 300 Interpace Parkway.
“The new office puts us in an excellent position to continue exceeding the needs of our clients while also growing our New Jersey business,” said Dennis Waggner, executive managing director and New Jersey market leader of Colliers. “The exceptionally high-end build-out and finishes coupled with the strategic location will serve to attract top-tier professionals as this office will offer the newest and most technologically advanced space to grow our business.”
In a news release, Colliers said the suite has a completely new build-out with high-end fixtures, finishes, furniture and technology, with both private space and collaborative areas for its team. The features will complement the amenities and common areas at Northpoint, which underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation in 2020.
“We are pleased we were able to provide Colliers an updated office space that suits the needs of their ever-expanding team,” said Sam Morreale, founder and managing partner of Vision Real Estate Partners. “We’re also looking forward to continuing our work with Colliers as they continue their work as the leasing agent for Northpoint at 20 Waterview Boulevard.”
The firm has 50 brokers and nearly two dozen support team members across its offices in Parsippany, Princeton, Woodbridge and Mount Laurel, the firm said. The newest location will support a full range of clients in the industrial, office, capital markets and retail sectors, housing members of its brokerage, research, analytics, marketing and property management teams.
Colliers executive managing directors Sam Horowitz and Chris Hovanec are marketing several spaces at Northpoint, which has a renovated lobby, café and common areas, along with conference centers and an open atrium and patio.
