PARAMUS, N.J., June 15, 2018 – More than 200 real estate industry professionals came together recently to support the March of Dimes North Central New Jersey at the 2018 Annual Real Estate Award Reception and Pynes Putting Challenge, raising over $340,000. At this year’s event, the March of Dimes honored Sam Morreale, founder and managing partner of Vision Real Estate Partners, for his long-standing commitment to the organization. The Annual Reception and Championship Round of the Pynes Putting Challenge were held at the Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus.
“This year’s reception was the best March of Dimes event I have ever experienced,” said Geoffrey L. Schubert, senior vice president of Advisory & Transaction Services at CBRE. “As a past honoree, I was able to introduce Sam Morreale, a close friend of 25 years. His acceptance speech was heartfelt about the March of Dimes and the vision we have for the March of Dimes in the future.”
The reception, which included a silent auction, was chaired by Christopher Marx of Savills Studley and Michael Klein of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP. Erik Sletteland from Structure Tone Inc. served as Chair of the popular Pynes Putting Challenge, which began in mid-May. Geoffrey Schubert and Tyler Brewington won the final round on the day of reception, receiving two tickets for the 2019 U.S. Open at Pebble Beach Golf Links in Pebble Beach, Calif.
