Shawn Braitling
Managing Director of Residential
Shawn joined Vision Real Estate Partners in March as a Managing Director of Residential, where he leads the firm’s residential division and is responsible for driving strategic growth and development initiatives.
Prior to joining Vision, Shawn served as Chief Investment Officer at Gomes Development, a fully integrated multifamily development firm based in Newark, New Jersey. In that role, he oversaw new acquisitions and played a key role in expanding the company’s market presence.
Previously, Shawn was Vice President of Land Acquisition at Toll Brothers, where he successfully acquired over 2,750 residential units, expanded the company into new markets across the United States, and contributed to generating more than $3 billion in revenue.
Earlier in his career, Shawn held positions at K. Hovnanian, Regal Homes, and Enviro-Tech, further strengthening his expertise in residential real estate development and acquisitions.
Shawn currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross. He resides in Cranford, New Jersey with his wife and two sons. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and attended the Monmouth University Real Estate MBA program.
